Privacy Notice

This notice covers the VY-X website and its email sign-up. The VY-X app is not released, and this notice does not describe app data practices.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name and interests (launch news, feature updates, beta opportunities). We also record the time you agreed, the version of the consent wording shown, where you signed up, and whether you have confirmed or unsubscribed. For spam protection we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated attempts.

Why

To send the VY-X news you asked for, to confirm your address, and to honor unsubscribe requests. Choosing beta interest does not guarantee access.

How sign-up works

We use double opt-in. You are not added to marketing emails until you click the confirmation link we send you. Sign-up details are stored in the VY-X website database and sent by email through our hosting provider. Confirmed sign-ups are also reported to newsletter@vy-x.com.

Unsubscribing and your information

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To ask about, correct or remove your information, email newsletter@vy-x.com. We keep a minimal record after you unsubscribe so we can respect your choice.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change.
